V. INTERIOR DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES
A.  Section 12.6. Document and photograph all phases of the cleanup action and complete and submit the Contractor’s Certificate of Decontamination (CCD) to KDWM within Criminal Laws For Methamphetamine Making sixty (60) days ofcompletion of cleanup activities.C. Tier 1 Response.
