V. INTERIOR DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES
A.  Section 12.6. Document and photograph all phases of the cleanup action and complete and submit the Contractor’s Certificate of Decontamination (CCD) to KDWM within Criminal Laws For Methamphetamine Making sixty (60) days ofcompletion of cleanup activities.C. Tier 1 Response.  Where appropriate, test pH of surfaces with pH paper strips (pH range of 6 to 8 isacceptable), use spray starch (iodine indicator) or other screening methods to targetareas of potential contamination that may need to be addressed.6) Using appropriate PPE, the cleanup workers shall thoroughly clean any spill areas,and wash all hard surfaces with hot water and cleansers.
